Mike La Salvia rushed back to his place from a vacation after watching on a webcam that his dog being dragged and also kicked.
The dog owner has left Leo, his dog, with Tails R Waggin Doggie Daycare in Tallmadge several times without a problem. But, he says that he checked the day care’s webcam on the 15th of December, and saw Leo being kicked twice and dragged by a daycare worker.
Mike was on a vacation in Mexico, and he directly cut and spent about 2 days in airports trying to get back to Northeast Ohio. La Salvia said that he could not sleep since he saw the video.
There are 3 franchise locations in the Akron area for Tails R Waggin. The owner and the founder of Tails R Waggin, Rebecca Brockmeyer, who also owned the Macedonia and Tallmadge locations, and that franchise of the owner has been revoked.
Brockmeyer said that he is really sorry, and never thinks that this would happen in a 1,000,000 year.
The dog owner says that he wants to file a report against the lady in the clip.
Brockmeyer had explained what happened in a statement that his company is working to make an effective and quick resolution to make sure that this never happens again. Watch the video below.
